Intro

Welcome to my corner of the Internet where I attempt to sort the craziness that is my life into meaningful bites. Within these pages, I’ll discuss the events, thoughts, and outcomes of “What It Is That I Do”. It’s not that I believe that I have a new and magical method of doing anything at all. On the contrary, what you will find here are my considerations of what I read and experience from others. But that really is all that anyone does in life. If that seems odd, just follow along, it’s in there I promise. So I’m offering to share with you my truth and reality so that perhaps it can have meaning in yours. Please consider yourself an active reader and comment with insights of your own!
Please be truly WELCOME!

Bullet Journalhttp://www.bulletjournal.com
The bujo serves as my ‘external brain’ where I organize and record what I need to do, what I’ve done, what I want to remember, What I want to keep
Getting Things Donehttp://gettingthingsdone.com/
GTD is the organization methodology that I use to prioritize, plan and implement all the “stuff” I need to do
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz is a life paradigm that I have found incredibly enlightening in helping me to have insight into my own responses to the world and people around me so that I can live my life in peace. In a recent book he has also added a 5th Agreement that, I feel, ties the other 4 together into a response.
Evernote – https://evernote.com/
Evernote is the digital tool I use to complement the Bullet Journal. It is my repository of resources that travels with me in digital form.
Fiber Crafts
A large part of my life is my avocation as a fiber artisan. Animal fiber, Plant fiber, collecting, shearing, sorting, fondling, and creating with fiber. This includes everything from the genetics of fiber producing animal breeding, to processing the fiber, spinning the fiber, knitting, weaving and wearing the fiber. It’s a fuzzy, lumpy world!
Case Management / Nursing
Another large part of my life is my vocation as a Registered Nurse Certified Case Manager. Nursing is not what I do, it’s who I am and it’s completely inseparable from anything else I do.
